Dagmor uses artificial intelligence to help turn completed sales, service and research calls into work a team can use. Its Call Log keeps each original recording name beside a highlighted transcript, so a reviewer can read first and listen when needed. Teams use their own script or correct one drafted from calls; a person keeps the final review decision. Reports show agent Hero Scores, conduct, recording coverage, trends and what customers said between survey answers. Teams can work inside Dagmor or send completed calls and take the reports. The first campaign is free; afterward the published price is €0.04 per recorded minute.
