One research thread in Gemini, code fixes in Claude, ideas in ChatGPT, and answers in Perplexity — with no single memory layer. Keyword search misses meaning, and you still have to remember where the conversation happened before you can find it. Saving useful answers into docs, notes, or screenshots is slow, inconsistent, and easy to forget when you are working fast.
